The One Day Wellness Programme

The 1-day Wellness event has been designed to support people in a variety of ways towards being a better you. The overall aim of the programme is to promote a focus and inspire you to make better choices in relation to exercise types and nutrition.

You will understand how the health and fitness professionals from YOLO approach health, fitness and wellness which will allow you to make changes to your current routine and how you approach everyday life to improving your understanding of complete Wellness.

The programme will take you on the journey of how to do this in a smart way to maximise a dedication towards a healthier lifestyle in both a physical and mental capacity.

Who is this for:

Male and Female’s who currently apply themselves to exercise and have a basic level of fitness. Age is no barrier providing the fitness levels are suitable. We recommend the entry level to be a regular attendee of a gym/fitness club or applies themselves to regular exercise 2-3 times per week.

Programme Format:

  • • Arrival and registration between 9am and 9.15am
  • • Breakfast smoothie on arrival
  • • Refreshments and light snacks included
  • • Programme commences at 9.30am and finishes at 5pm
  • • Up to 4 hours per day exercise programme including HIIT, Yoga and Strength training
  • • Healthy lunch by the innovative chefs at Ellenborough Park
  • • Nutrition and Fitness Workshops
  • • Stunning venue set in 90 acres of Cotswolds countryside
  • • Option to include treatments, evening meal and overnight stay


Ellenborough Park is a stunning 5 star hotel which is hosting our 1 day programme this year. A modern country estate boasting 90 acres of rustic countryside is the perfect location nestled
between the Cotswolds highest point and the stunning Cheltenham Race course which is in perfect
view from the beautiful grounds.


The cost of each programme is £149.00 per person or £269.00 per couple
