Our one-day programme typically runs from 9am to 5pm and is the perfect way to kickstart or reboot your approach to fitness and wellbeing.
Delivering group fitness, yoga, relaxation and nutrition sessions, you’ll walk away with a fresh outlook on your regime. We will share smart approaches to fitness and nutrition with time also set aside for yoga and a focus on mental wellbeing.
A private chef will be on hand to prepare snacks, lunch and drinks. They’ll answer any questions you may have on the food offered or on nutrition more generally.
