The ‘Wellness Weekender’ package delivers a long weekend of fitness, yoga, relaxation and nutrition sessions designed to give a full recharge of your mind and body.
In addition to all the group sessions offered, there will be an opportunity to have one-to-one consultations with our fitness and nutrition experts.
You will be able to discuss where you are today in your health and wellbeing journey, what your goals are and will be guided on how to tailor specific ways of exercising or eating to help you achieve them. Talks and workshops from both the YOLO team and expert guest speakers will provide educational advice allowing time for discussion and debate.
A private chef will be on hand throughout the weekend to cook meals, discuss nutritional requirements, answer any questions on the meals being prepared or on nutrition more generally.
